To start using the app, users need to register by providing their name, email, and mobile number. Balance recharging can be conveniently conducted through the eFawateerCom service, accessible via bank accounts, e-wallets, PSPs, or numerous eFawateerCom agents spread across Jordan. The reference number for account recharging is the registered mobile number associated with the ION App.

Cost calculation for charging is straightforward: it is determined by multiplying the energy drawn by your electric vehicle (measured in KWH) by the tariff set by the Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission (EMRC) of Jordan.
