The platform fundamentally transforms the approach to charging, allowing users to address low battery concerns effortlessly.

The ION App serves as the gateway to accessing EVSE throughout the kingdom. Its user-friendly interface simplifies charging and provides essential functionalities.

 <li>Utilize the integrated map feature to locate the nearest available EVSE.</li>
 <li>Monitor your balance and review transaction history with ease.</li>

To start using the app, users need to register by providing their name, email, and mobile number. Balance recharging can be conveniently conducted through the eFawateerCom service, accessible via bank accounts, e-wallets, PSPs, or numerous eFawateerCom agents spread across Jordan. The reference number for account recharging is the registered mobile number associated with the ION App.

Cost calculation for charging is straightforward: it is determined by multiplying the energy drawn by your electric vehicle (measured in KWH) by the tariff set by the Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission (EMRC) of Jordan.

Cost (Fills) = Energy (KWH) x Tariff (Fills/KWH)

The ION EVSE ensures high precision in calculating the energy supplied to your vehicle, making it a reliable choice for electric vehicle owners in Jordan.
